Selamat Hari Jadi Angah!!!! this special 1kg classic cheeze cake requested from my cousin Ayub's angel (Ainun, Aishah, Aimi, Aisalli, Jun n Jan) for their ummi's birthday celebration...it's kindda surprise for her since she's loves cheese cake so much..actually k.aimi requested for the plain cheese cake(no design at all) but i add on the slices of her 'favorite fruits' as my token of appreciation for her kindness n caring..

To angah..semoga panjang umur, murah rezeki n bahagia selalu...

This special fruity cake is for my FIL belated birthday celebration...actually his besday is on 23 Apr..but since rehan so busy with d politek project...xsempat nak bake any cakes for him..anyway my MIL informed me that he's favorite cake is fruit n orange cake..so, rehan combine resepi orange cake n fruit cake...sedap tau...n menjadi la plak..so, after this, it will be my signature dish selain dari chilled oreo cheeze cake...pada sesape yg nak rasa...jgn malu2 untuk order!!

Anyway, friut cake nie rehan guna steamed methods..n d taste lil' bit different from the one I usually do...it's takes about 4hrs just to steamed it..sgt2 memerlukan tahap kesabaran n pemerhatian yg teliti..n tq for Wanie..for giving my your 'secret recipe n tips'...it's really worked!!

To Abah..happy belated besday..semoga panjang umur dan dimurahkan rezeki...hanya abah tempat rehan menumpang kasih...sejak pemergian ayah tersayang...I miss you Ayah:) rehan teruja sgt utk buat kek nie...sbb terasa mcm rehan still dapat celebrate besday utk ayah jugak...semoga ALLAH melimpahkan seluruh rahmat keatas rohnya...AMIN...
